Secure Password Vault is a real password manager in a single HTML file: PBKDF2 key derivation (150,000 rounds) + AES-256-GCM encryption using the native WebCrypto engine of your browser.
Why offline matters: cloud password managers hold EVERY secret you own on servers you do not control. Breaches happen. With this vault, your data is encrypted locally and never transmitted anywhere - there are zero network calls, so even the file itself cannot phone home.
