Offline Dev Toolkit is a swiss-army knife for developers in a single HTML file: JSON tools, Base64, URL encoding, SHA-256/512 hashing, JWT decoding, UUID generation, timestamp conversion and text utilities - all running 100% locally.
Why offline matters: online developer tools see everything you paste. Ever pasted an API key, a session token or a customer JSON into a random website? With this file on your desktop that risk is gone - it has zero network calls, so your data physically cannot leave your machine.
Tools included:
- JSON: pretty-print, minify, validate
- Base64: UTF-8 safe encode/decode
- URL: percent encode/decode
- Hash: SHA-256 & SHA-512 (native WebCrypto)
- JWT: decode header & payload, show expiry
- UUID: cryptographically random v4 generator
- Time: Unix timestamp <-> date conversion
- Text: case conversion, trim, count
